The new, lightweight pressing unit ACO103 (suitable for metal systems up to 35 mm and plastic up to 40 mm) is equipped with a bluetooth technology, in order to request device-related data via the NovoCheck app.
ACO203 BT and ACO203XL BT
The ACO203 presses metal systems up to 54 (108)mm, and plastic systems up to 110mm. The pressing tool ACO203XL, suitable for metal applications up to 108mm and plastic applications up to 110mm. Both tools are equipped with Bluetooth® technology which enables to request device-related data via the NovoCheck app.
The reliable and durable pressing tool EFP203 Standard can handle press joints up to 54 (108)mm with metal pipes and up to 110 mm with plastic and multilayer pipes.
The axial pressing kit AAP102/AXI102 Standard & expander heads offers a comfortable solution for pressing applications up to dimension 40 mm (Pex and Multilayer). Alternatively, we also offer a manual expander tool for tube expansion.
Compact and high-performance efficiency
The pressing unit ACO103 has many valuable features to
make working easier, faster and safer. The LED signal located
under the transparent start button gives information about
the battery and the status of the pressing unit or occurred
failures. Thanks to the new, implemented Bluetooth®-
Technology, device-related data can be requested
via the NovoCheck app.
What has been started as a technology study back in 2013, was implemented successfully into practice. The NovoCheck-App connects Smartphone Technology with Pressing Technology- thanks to a Bluetooth® connection between the ACO203 and the mobile phone or tablet computer, the plumber has the possibility to retrieve device-related data via the NovoCheck-App.
Thus, the user is able to check its tool status independently. By controlling the force build-up, the functionality of the LEDs and the illumination for the pressing area, the plumber can determine whether its tool works properly, without the help of the servicepoint and only due to the NovoCheck-App.
In addition, the NovoCheck-App offers the user the opportunity to read out the tools logbook. Due to an integrated clock, performed pressings can be pursued and thus it can be reproduced if executed pressings were successful. Moreover, thanks to an implemented report function, the plumber is able to document performed pressings by creating a construction site report. The files will be stored in the app and can be called up and sent by email or printed out anytime.
